In their own words
Last Saturday I rented a truck to move some things, and the person who helped me said I could return the truck anywhere. When I went to return the truck, they wanted to charge me $300 for returning it to a different location. They never explained the process if I returned it to another place. I incurred extra costs because I didn't receive the correct information. And when I called, the person who answered said they doubted that would have happened. My only mistake was trusting fellow Latinos.
DO NOT RENT UHAUL HERE! They will charge you for damages you didn’t incur, give a uhaul with No a/c and not even offer to fox or price adjust for the non-working a/c. Then they gave us a truck that the door would jam and then tried to charge us for the damage. DO NOT rent here! They are not worth your time!

Not happy with extra fees I understand the gas situation but didn’t realize gas not full when given to us(son took pic of gas gauge) only went across street!!! Then got charged a clean up fee on truck when boys took all paper wrap out from furniture. Adding up here/there not really fair bottom line. Hope storage experience will be better

Came to drop off designated U-Haul at this location and was denied drop off which caused a huge inconvenience even though I had a confirmed drop off time for this location. Don’t recommend dropping off at this location.
We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your drop-off. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your feedback. Please feel free to reach out so we can address any concerns.
