I wouldn’t recommend this company. This was my third move using movers and they took more than twice as long as the others. I had booked them for a move starting at 7:30am because I needed all my things out of my old house before noon per the Lease. At 10:00 the truck wasn’t even full for the first of two loads and my anxiety was through the roof. I ended up hauling almost all the stuff out of the basement myself because we were running out of time.

I would not recommend this Company To move your Belongings. First they Quoted me and my Friend 3 different Quotes from the exact same apartment and drive time . It ranges from $140.00 - $110.00 an hour for 2 men . Thats only one Bad Business praise they protracted while moving my home. A new neighbor witnessed them drop a box and I was never informed of the incident. And they also charged Me a $120.00 more with the final price they gave me .

I warn people away from hiring this company. They agreed with our comments that move was sloppy and took too long. A 2-block move with VERY few artcles was charged over $800 to our young granddaughter who could not defend herself against their overpriced long move. She finally had to ask them to leave! They dropped artcles on the street staircase and? Could not reassemble a simple bed. Fee charged for a bed small dresser sofa very small table and TV was exorbitant!

In their own words
Highly responsive to inquiries I had when arranging the move (quote and time estimate were clearly communicated in detail). The 3-man team arrived promptly at their start time and moved quickly and efficiently from start to finish. It is worth mentioning, however, that the movers arrived without any apparent way to protect our carpeted flooring from their outdoor, soiled/wet shoes (ie no disposable shoe covers or tarps).

I can’t recommend John and Simon with Jolo Professional Movers highly enough! They showed up right on time and honored the price they originally quoted, they even transported my 84 year old mom to her new home wow!! They were professional, respectful, friendly, and handled everything with great care. We were incredibly grateful that they were able to help us on such short notice. Their kindness, hard work, and integrity truly stood out from start to finish.

We had a great experience with the Jolo crew, we were moving from Strathmore to Red Deer and we had a full 4 bedroom house. They were right on time, had a big truck, a trailer and a 4 four man crew. They worked non stop until the job was done. Aside from being super professional, they were really friendly and treated our belongings with care. I would happily recommend Jolo to anyone who needs reliable, professional and friendly movers!
