The worst moving company ever!!!! They charged $2000.00 more than the estimate. My speakers and other furniture were damaged. They drove away with my elliptical still on the truck!!!!! I called them and tried to make a deal they keep the elliptical and they take $300.00 of my bill. They very rude we got into a disagreement in the end I had drive 3 hr round trip to pick it up and it was sitting outside in the rain. I can't understand how a company like this could stay in business!!!!!!!

**edit ** to the generic response on this review- we have tried to use the email below and you just do not respond! We have since had the pool table moved by a reputable company! Moral of the story…..do not say your crew can handle a job when they simply cannot and then refuse to honour your offered insurance policy. If I could rate less than one star I would. I also waited some time to see how the company would respond to their negligence and lack of communication.

I was extremely disappointed in this moving company. We had a 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment in a 3rd floor walk up going to an apartment on the 3rd floor with an elevator (only my daughter lives there). Everything was pre packed in boxes and totes with the exception of some bags with clothes and bedding. There weren’t any overly heavy items and the only appliances were the small apartment size freezer and the microwave. All of the bedroom furniture was disassembled.

Awful experience. Not impressed. They charged more than they said in first place. Charging for unloading the furniture almost 5,000 dollars when the contract doesn’t mention pay extra for unloading and moving from Edmonton to Red Deer. You took almost 10,000 dollars on total ! And wanted 20 dollars per box! So many years living in Canada and I never seen this before.

To whom it may concern, I’m reaching out because I’m extremely disappointed with the service my partner and I received during our recent move. I wasn’t there in person for the move, but after hearing what happened and seeing the results, I’m honestly shocked. Two movers took nearly 12 hours, which is far beyond what we expected and far beyond what was quoted. The final price wasn’t even close to the estimate we were given. It was just for a two bed room apartment, one occupancy, and most was bags and boxes.

We hired Two Small Men With Big Hearts to move our furniture in June. They were able to accommodate our tight timeline and a very heavy upright piano. Dylan, Jamie, and Daniel showed up when they said they would. They were very quick and efficient - always in motion. They were also very careful and conscientious.
