Moving Forward was booked for a move two weeks in advance. The communication was efficient and prompt during the quoting and booking process. However, despite being contacted two days before the moving day, there was no response from the company. This lack of communication raised concerns about their reliability. On the actual moving day, numerous calls and texts went unanswered, leaving us stranded and scrambling to find an alternative moving company.

I needed movers on short notice to move some furniture and had a fantastic experience. They quoted me a very fair price, showed up on time, and were quick, efficient, friendly, and professional. What I appreciated most was how kind and patient they were with my very full house of children! The kids were naturally curious and occasionally distracting, but the movers were incredibly gracious and never once seemed annoyed or bothered. The entire experience was easy and stress-free from start to finish.
Overall, I had an excellent experience with this moving company. The crew was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. Despite moving on a rainy day, they handled my belongings with great care and kept a positive attitude throughout. I was scheduled for a 1:00 p.m. move, but the crew didn’t arrive until around 3:00 p.m. Since my move took the estimated five hours, they ended up finishing around 8:00 p.m. and still had another job afterward.
Amazing people! Dropped me off some Baby items that I had the pleasure of gifting a couple items to other moms in need! It was a beautiful blessing to be able to pay forward whatever I didnt need! I was able to make my son happy with the squishable stuff toys they donate to us as well as a diaper box full of clothes for my daughter. I helped a pregnant, young mom with the stroller they kindly gave me and play pen and bassinet to another mom who just found she is expecting her second.

They were awesome delivered us a new to us couch. Super friendly would recommend to anyone needing a move or some help! **Also we just had Susanna and Tyler do a move out and move into a new place today and they were so great, happy, experienced, and super on top of everything , such a stress free move thanks so much.
