This place is a bloody SCAM! a friend and myself rented a locker and paid rent every month, yet we were still evicted, with no reason given, other than "we went against terms and conditions" and they wernt even going to let us get our stuff, but after some harrassment on my part, and after also repeating their own terms and conditions back to them, (that we never broke by the way) was told that we could in fact come and get our property, and so again I asked them what there reason was for evicting us, , and I…

I would like to make it very clear. First 4 weeks are not free by any means, very deceptive marketing. You will be paying an administrative fee regardless of size when opening up a storage unit. I paid $25+Tax. I believe this is a still a cheaper option then the 3 other companies I called. Sentinel storage monthly rates are ridiculous at $270 per month for a 10'x10' drive up unit. Other companies are $150-$190/month. Up front your paying $26.25 for 4 weeks.

Was treated very very poorly and had one of the women insinuating I was a drug addict when I was having a pseudo seizure because neither one of them could communicate with me apparently. I had to ask movers to keep an eye on me incase I had a grand mal seizure as well. Also not being informed on any of the updated gate functions, BOTH women locked the door and went to the BATHROOM! Then again she continued to insinuate that she had years of drug training and experience.

Worst place ever they lie to get people in they told me 90 days before cutting lock off it took 35 days and cut my lock off and put a lien on my stuff I would not recommend this place to anyone they will steal everything. My spouse passed away in October and I have struggled every day to survive just to have them take it all away. NOT MY favorite place anymore

Very bad service, they were supposed to charge $119 but the receptionist charged $129. False advertisement, the storage is not for me, it's for my mother who is a senior. This is a rip off, charging seniors more than what you said you will charge. Very deceptive marketing.

If I can give 100 stars, I would. Sentinel Storage specifically this location at 47 St staff are the best. We needed a temporary place to store our belongings in between selling our house and moving to a new one. I found a great pricing online for $90/month as I’ll only need it for less than a month so we can take our time with the move. I called their office and informed them about the pricing I saw online, but these people went above and beyond.
