10 of the 32 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Jones Moving & Delivery are one or two star.
Worked out from 32 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
Other than employees, I can not imagine eight people having a good enough experience with these folks to actually write a review. Honestly, I think I would have been better served by "Two Drunks and a Truck" or "All my Drunk Sons" moving companies. These guys scratched my piano, soiled my carpet, damaged my walls, to start. If you are looking for damage and frustration, these are your guys. AVOID!
We have no customer by the name Zola Holmes. Nor do we have any claims or complaints with the situation you've described. You've apparently reviewed the wrong company. Seems like a competitor trying to bash local competition by including the local Two Men and a Truck franchise, who are a reputable…
Booked a piano pickup and delivery with this company through Brandon. Had great communication before the scheduled appointment but then failed to show, delivery person (Jerry) claimed they would "call right back" and then never answered his phone again and no one ever showed for the appointment. I left messages at main office and still no response or contact nearly 5 days after. Very disappointed considering how highly recommended this company came.
Can you give negative stars? Worst company ever. Use at your own peril. Did not show up on move day. Charged money for a survey and then did not show up. Unbelievable that this company is in business.
Kate, We had a scheduling conflict, we admit it was our mistake, and we offered to reschedule your move, which your husband then cancelled. We explained to him that if you use our company, we deduct the survey fee from the cost of the move, if you don't book with us or cancel, then that's your…
We had them move us recently. The guys were nice, well mannered and generally great guys. Originally after talking to the office and booking it was decided we would have them load the big items. One bedroom set, couches, China cabinet, tv stand, fridge, deep freezer, washer, two dryers, and three other random dressers, and to end tables. All of which was prepared ahead of time. As we were not capable because of health reasons. We also had about 30-40 boxes again ask ready in the garage (except two).
Lisa, Thanks for taking time to review. We're sorry your experience was not as you had expected. It does take time to properly wrap and pad items to prevent damage. We're not a discount mover and we do take the extra time to prevent damage to your goods.
I selected Jones Moving and Delivery to move my piano after the conservatory of the College of Wooster recommended them. They dropped my piano from the back of a truck. They took the pieces of the piano with them. For over 4 months they have ignored calls from me and my insurance agent, and they have ignored calls and letters from my attorney. I purchased the additional insurance to cover the cost of the piano. When the piano was damaged, the owner stated that he would make it right.
Movers refused to move the piano because I would not give an extra 100 dollars above phone quote, even though I gave all details about the piano over the phone. Even after I agreed to pay the 100 dollars, the guy would not move it because he was mad. And I was moving out of town that day. Terrible
don`t waste your time. they gave me the runaround for 2 weeks! horrible customer service! wagoner moving came and gave quote next day!

In their own words
Great experience from my first phone contact to the piano move; I would hire them again. They were here on time, very professional, were careful with my piano as well as other furniture, and reasonably priced. Thank you!
Easy to schedule, fair quote, and good communication on the day of the move. The move itself went smoothly. The movers were professional, efficient, and took good care of the piano. I would not hesitate to use them again.
I have used these guys 4 times in the last year and have never had the smallest of problems. They always acted professional, showed up when they were supposed to, and did the job in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I will not hesitate to use them again.
Mark, Thanks for your business and the review. We complete on average 6,000 deliveries per year and it seems we only get the reviews from the few disgruntled customers that can't be satisfied. We're not perfect, but we try to perform quality service at a fair price.
I work at a music store out on Tallmadge and I can truly not overstate how vital Jerry and his team are to operating our business. Multiple times a month, Jones Delivery treks back and forth, picking up and delivering pianos of all shapes and sizes to us and our customers and for something that requires such a high level of care, speed, and professionalism, they knock it out of the ballpark every time.
