Disappointing a bit rude. Item was damaged . Called driver back within 5 minutes of leaving and no answer texted and called for 30 minutes. SAD SERVICE
This place was loads of fun to deliver to, sarcasm BTW. I showed up no one was around, so I called a phone number above the office door. I was told to go around to the back, door 2. When I got there, a delightful individual (sarcasm again) was there. I was driving my sprinter van and door 2 was a loading dock for semi trucks, an obvious height difference. I backed up close enough to open the doors. Then the barking of orders began, the first one was funny, "let's see the product!" Wait huh?
Paid for delivery and installation of a fridge but refused to install claiming they were liable if anything happened to the fridge after they install it. Makes zero sense. According to Katy they don't do installs on refrigerators that are going to have custom panels. I wasn't asking them to install the panels I was asking to install the fridge. Needless to say, don't recommend.
They lie and don't care about you. I drove 10 hours to meet them and get my washer. They opened my washer by accident and tried to deliver it to another house and damaged it. So they canceled my delivery. They rescheduled to deliver it and …
Terrible customer service. Their drivers drive around town like maniacs breaking all kinds of traffic rules and running stoplights

I have commercial projects all over the US and Caribbean. Working with Jones Moving and Storage has been the best experience I have ever had with a receiving, storage and installation team. The entire team across the board were professional, organized, efficient and extremely hard working. I cannot say enough good things. Look no further whether you need this service for a residential move or long term project.
Got unloaded within 45 minutes entrance is just past the store next to it no place for overnight parking
