Update after response; Had I not said anything to you, you would have put all our belongings in trash bags. Please dont pretend like it was just toys. There were pots and pans, dishes and board games all boxed. You 100 percent asked for more money and I said I didn't think so but I'd let my husband know u asked and then you went back to "no its ok we'll keep it at the original price". You guys were unprofessional from the JUMP.
You would be suing me if anything was damaged! Movers beware of this customer! Ma'am stop lying and have a blessed life. You thought we were petty movers? Nice try to hurt our character! FIRST OF ALL. We never ask ANYONE FOR extra money! … More
I left to go get my new key to meet them over there.. I come back and he had 2 random guys helping him which was weird because it was only a couple of big things to move. I go in while the 2 random guys walk out my house and they drive off… something felt weird. THEY STOLE! I asked I guess the owner where did those guys go they stole something that was sitting right on the table I seen it when I left. He says “yea those are my next door neighbors they won’t be coming with me no more” !
Those guys were ex-employees and neighbors. I only charged you $100 for the move. Again, I apologize for the incident that is not how we operate.
PLEASE BE AWARE, THEY WILL BREAK & DAMAGE THIINGS WITHOUT LETTING YOU KNOW. MOVING THINGS THAT THEY MOVED IN STORAGE & FINDING THINGS BROKEN & DAMAGED. UNDERSTAND MOVING IS A LOT & THINGS MAY HAPPEN BUT WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THESE THIS. PISSED OFFF. DI NOT TAKE YOUR EYE OFF YOUR THINGS FOR NOTHING.
This is an unusual occurrence. If I was aware of any damage you would have known immediately! We don't operate like that! Look at my reviews! My reviews are authentic! Not family members or paid people.
This man literally left a voicemail yesterday saying he hopes me and my child die in our sleep because I didn't answer his phone calls even though we had an appointment set for this morning instead of yesterday morning. This company has been reported and a police report has been made.
You are mistaken ma'am
Horrible. Absolutely horrible. They never answer their phone, but when the customer misses a call from them they refuse to do business? I’ve never experienced this with any other movers wether it be last minute or not. Do not recommend. I wish there was an option to leave no stars.
You called us yesterday afternoon for a move, then at 3:50AM you cancelled! Then, you called back at 9:30AM! I said I would call you RIGHT back to get help. Then I called you repeatedly for 10 minutes with no response!! After I texted you and declined, you tried again. Sorry for your inconvenience.
I called for a quote, he said he'd be there the next day then he refused my calls and didn't respond to my text messages.
2319 NW 54th is not the correct address. I don't know what game you're playing. That's a culdesac with 2100 numbers for the addresses.

Mr.Edward and his crew at Big Jump Movers and Delivery went above and beyond the call of duty for me and my little family. They arrived on schedule and were very professional throughout the whole process. The crew disassembled our furniture/appliances and loaded our items quickly. Once we arrived to the new location, they took great care to deliver our belongings into our new home without damaging anything. The team reassembled everything and set our furniture up exactly where we wanted it to go.

This is my second time using Edward’s Jump moving and delivery company. His staff did a wonderful job moving my personal items. Professional individuals who treated my furniture like it was their own. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a company who can be trusted.

These gentlemen were so great and nice, helping my frazzled brain to get things from point A to B to C and on. They were amazingly easy-going with various add-ons, as well. The cost was so VERY reasonable. If you need movers, I give these guys an A+, 4 stars
