Their new manager, Liz, is the rudest person I have ever met! Two days before we were to be moved out of our storage unit, the exit gate was broken so we couldn’t move anything out. I requested an extra 2 days and she, reluctantly, approved. The night before we were to be out she was driving around the storage units at 9:00 p.m. watching us from the next row over. I’m not sure what the reason was for this but nonetheless it was creepy!

I had my storage broken into by a thief who picked my lock. Over $2,000 worth of stuff was stolen, a report was filed and Derek kept saying that video recording will have to come from corporate. The thief occurred between Feb 15 and 20, …
I would give them 0 stars if I could. Just Storage just recently bought this place out. I'm not sure how recent as I only received a notice in the mail on Monday 3/4/24. I wasn't given but a few days notice that there was a new owner and to change my payment information over before i was charged a late fee. I called several times and left voicemails and it took them quite a few days to return my call. When the call came in the first thing he guy said was "you calling about storage?" No hi, hello, no introduction.

Two days went by and I was unable to access my storage unit because the gate would not open. I tried contacting management, but they took no responsibility for the issue. I asked if they could offer a free month or some type of compensation since I lost two days of work because I couldn’t get my tools out of my unit, but they refused to help. On top of that, there is trash scattered throughout the property, and overall the experience has been very disappointing.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Like many others I fell victim to the water main break, however it’s how JustStorage handled the aftermath that made me end my 6 year lease with them. Due to the neglect of JustStorage and lack of communication to its customers I lost most of my personal items I’d spent over $10,000 to store here. No apologies, No care, No customer service. I’m sorry to others who are in the same boat

If zero stars was possible thats what they would get. The company has been anything but helpful since the place flooded due to a water main break. And waited an hour before closing to notify the people affected, even though it happened the night before. Also provided no dumpsters to throw away any damaged items that were in the units. Complete joke of a company. Do better.

Terrible service! We have made MULTIPLE attempts to cancel our storage unit as we have moved and it is no longer in use. We moved our stuff out months ago and we have emailed, called all the numbers for JustStorage in Olathe we have also …

100% do NOT recommend! Their rates increase rapidly and come to find out that even with receipts proving payment for months they had my unit tagged for auction. DO YOUR RESEARCH PEOPLE. I regret not researching more.
