In their own words
I hired NL Wilson to move houses. The move seemed fairly uneventful. However, the moving men ripped a large hole in my Sleep Number mattress air chamber, and did not report it to me. Set up of this bed was delayed because of a problem with the electrical outlet, so I did not discover the damage until after the electrician had been in to replace the outlet. I immediately contacted NL Wilson, and was instructed to fill out a claim form and did so with documentation.

You better hope they don’t break any of your items. I had a move a month ago where the mover broke my TV before leaving the first residence. The mover advised he would let the owner know when he got back and they would call me to file a claim. No one ever called, when I called she immediately jumped to telling me it would not be covered if it was mechanical failure. I advised that was not the case, the movers shattered my TV. She then sent me the claim form.
Kami, Your claim has been settled as of today, I know we try to get these issues handled in 30 days, and you move was 5-27-22 so we a little bit behind. Thank you for your patience while we sorted out your claim.
After my mother passed, I stored items with this company. When I was ready to move, I called and spoke to Mark (said he was the boss), who told me that I just send my movers to them and they can pick my items up. No other requirements were given. I have now called to give notice my movers will be coming on Saturday, and I have been told I may not pick up my things. The woman on the phone said this is due to them being closed on Saturday (their hours on Google have them open on Saturday).

I definitely would recommend NOT using this company. I had originally scheduled a move with them because their price was low but after the treatment I received I cancelled it. Their contact person is rude and not interested in helping you or giving you any information even when asked for specific information. The owner is not interested in customer service either. I sent him an email explaining why I was cancelling and got no response.
Trailer 56244-7806 is in a no parking zone and another driver was backing into a regular parking spot he paralell parked in the spot almost hitting am and blocking him from getting into the spot. What you hire unprofessional. Better watch out for your furniture while hiring them. I have some pics if needing

Recently i had a move and all I can say is that they had excellent customer service. And got things done in a timely matter. Very professional and I will be using them or referring them to family/friends for any moving needs. One of the workers stood out to me with his big smile and very helpful. If you're moving call N L Wilson. Professional from start to finish. The entire team! Adam gave us an estimate, Danny and his team exceeded expectations from the move out of our home to the move in to our new home. All the guys were great!
