Nice facility with covered roof access, unfortunately the exit door wasn't functional and the times and dates are off on the access pannels but no real issue there, wish it was 24 /7 access as I do most of my work late at night prices (were)resonable, and location is great. When I started to rent this storage space it was supposed to be a free month!!! It was definitely not!!! I was charged for a smart space that I didn't get, admin fees, insurance, and a new lock because their cylinder locks are different than public storage, which added up to almost $90 total!!! She said that the smart charge was not for that, but just another hidden admin fee!!! I checked into this and found out that this was a smart fee and should not have been charged for it at all!!!

I am a small local business owner and have been renting a storage unit at this facility. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Since renting the unit, I have found mouse droppings on furniture and other items that I use for my business. I reported this issue to the office staff on two separate occasions, but the problem has not been adequately addressed. To make matters worse, shortly after making my June payment, I received notice that my rent would be increasing by $50 per month.

Be careful with them they gave my personal information out and I got my car vandalized. I spoke to Wanda and she said any one can get my unit information by using google . I feel discriminated because I am Hispanic .and by talking to Wanda and Ashley hangs up on she avoided giving me answers

Ashley was super friendly every time. I would highly recommend asking for Ashley if you come, although the rest of the staff members are also amazing. She was efficient, did an awesome job, and answered any questions that I had. Additionally, the place is very clean and secure. No matter what day or night I come, I always feel safe.

This facility is very nice and clean. Ashley that helped us was very kind and accommodating. Using their app made it really simple to control all the gates for access. Also if anyone gets into your storage area, you are notified by a text message. I was very impressed by the security features they have in place.
