Absolutely awful if I could give them 0 stars I would. Liars and th front of their storages units are trash. Don’t reserve a unit and pay for it because they will NOT keep it. Never coming back there’s better storage places. Also extremely rude. Save your money babes🤮 …

I personally went to the location to reserve a truck to make sure everything was good. I gave my credit card ahead of time and the employee assured me that they would be at the location on a Friday so that I could start my move. I showed up on Friday morning and nobody was at the location. I called multiple times and left a message for someone to call me back when they showed up so that I could start my move. I stopped by several times throughout the day and nobody was ever there.
They don’t do what they say and don’t do anything to make it right after they don’t follow through with their commitments.

Allllyssssa! Boy, what a sweeeeeetheart! You know normally its just blah blah rent a unit. This lady just made my day talking with her. She was so kind, patient, professional, and just...made me smile. I had a pretty sticky situation being in logisitcs and she bailed me out. So from here on out, I know who I will be using in the future whenever this happens again :)
We have rented a storage unit from them for 2 years. There have been a few hiccups with miscommunication but they have always been willing to make it right. I appreciate them going the extra mile to make their customer service exceptional …
Penske truck turn in was easy as pie. The Ladies that work the front office of K&L storage were extremely helpful.
Convenient and secure! Kodi is so helpful! Always willing to bed over backwards! No question too small!!
