Super unprofessional service. They arrived 2 hours late without any apology. They said in advance, that if I paid cash, I would not be charged tax, but I still had to pay an extra $100 for tax. They did not even have a single blanket to wrap my sofa, and there was no ramp to load items into the truck. To increase the time and total cost, they chose a longer route instead of the shorter one. Completely disappointed. Definitely do NOT recommend.

!!!!!COMPLETE SCAM!!! WE BOOKED AND PAID FOR THEM TO ARRIVE BETWEEN 10-11am NO ONE SHOWS UP. WE HAD TO CALL THEM AROUND 11:30AM AND THEY SAID THEY WERE HAVING TRUCK ISSUES BUT ARE ON THE WAY AND WILL WE BE HERE NO LATER THAN 12:30PM. IT IS NOW 2PM AND WE HAVE BEEN CALLING OVER AND OVER AND THEY HAVE NOT ANSWERED THE PHONE NOR HAVE THEY ARRIVED. COMPLETE SCAM, IM STARTING TO BELIEVE THEIR 5 STAR REVIEWS ARENT EVEN REAL BECAUSE HOW DO YOU JUST NOT SHOW UP.

Disgusting service and unimaginable behaviour from the movers. The deal we had was a flat rate for all inclusive move and my unloading did not began till we paid the whole amount. The movers left without assembling anything. In my first trimester of pregnancy I booked movers with a flat rate to be stress free, all I got is stress. Not at all recommended.

Terrible experience. Not sure how they are getting such high reviews on Google. Go to the newmarket FB page and read the reviews. They are absolutely the worst moving company I have ever used. Beware!
Please book with caution. I scheduled these movers for 9am. They arrived at 3pm with little to no communication from the company. I was the one that had to initiate contact with multiple calls. …

Amazing company would call them again if I ever needed them the movers were Amazing packing and loading and unloading the owner was amazing to talk to and so helpful and on the ball when we call and made our move so relaxing and strees free
