I don’t think I’ve ever been treated this poorly as a customer. I called the company inquiring about a refund after the moving crew ripped my new couch I had just purchased. The owner immediately started screaming at me, and accusing me of ripping my couch on purpose to get some money. Even when the owner saw pictures of the tear, and I showed the delivery crew before they left. I called him to have a conversation and he took it as an opportunity to scream at someone maybe for his bad day. Not worth the disrespect.
So sorry you feel you had a bad experience with KCR Quality Movers.
Super rude and unprofessional the owner was driving the moving van almost side swiped me and his mother or some older lady in the passenger seat threw water at me I filed a police report don't trust this company I can't imagine how your belongings would survive a move with these inconsiderate people that obviously have serious rage issues
KCR Quality Movers, LLC has a phenomenal reputation and maintains a professional status. We cannot change how people act, but what we can change is how we react. When negative experiences happen, beware of your actions.

We needed to have some stuff from our house and storage taken to the dump, and have other stuff taken from storage to our house. We originally worked with another firm but parted ways after two months of “dog ate my homework” excuses. Some folks in our development recommended KC&R and they were the best! Very quick scheduling, excellent service, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. Highly, highly recommend!
The Owner and his staff is very Polite. They care about and know the value and importance of your furniture.. very punctual with being on time with my delivery. I would most definitely use KCR Quality Movers again! I would definitely tell and encourage my friends and family to use KCR Quality Movers for there next moving trip.

KC&R moved our baby grand from Frederick to DC today. They did a great job and took excellent care of the piano. The move included a flight of stairs at the arrival destination but they handled that 800 pound gorilla with great professional expertise. I highly recommend KC&R if you are moving a piano or anything else that requires quality care.

Kelvin was an A plus guy he truly puts all he has into pleasing you. They had to move a 800 lb hot tub from a deck to a concrete slab. We didn't have much space to work with but 4 guys made it happen. They had two guys that called out and so it was a huge job and they made it happen. Thank you guys for all your hard work and time.
