I booked Gerrael more than two weeks in advance for a move from SoCal. He confirmed the date and agreed to arrive at 9am. On the morning of the move, at 8am, he texted saying his flight was cancelled and he wouldn’t be able to make it. This was extremely stressful because everything had been planned around this confirmed date. He did offer to reschedule for the next day, but that was not an option for me and we had clearly agreed on the original date.
PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE! They broke 25% of my belongings, worth over $10000.00. They also smoked cannabis while working.
Hello! You ordered this move in October 27th of 2021. To load your 15 foot uhaul truck only. We have insurance and we take care of all our claims. Are You sure you got the right company.? Your just now leaving a review but you never mention this to the company.
I had several communication issues with this company. Also, different arrangements were made with me which were not followed through. - see below: 1) On the first day of the scheduled service, the owner sent me a message (last minute) stating that his truck would not start, so he could not provide the service that day. 2) The agreed service was for the company to bring the Uhaul Pods to my house (on trailers).

wish I could give more than five stars honestly. so nice from start to finish, always very communicative and friendly. and oh my gosh they were quick! literally could not believe how quickly the two guy crew (s/o to tetris kings Gerrael and Jose) got everything out and in, especially considering the steep steps. would 10/10 recommend and they definitely have my loyal business!

I want to HIGHLY recommend King Of Quality Pack & Move! This company is very reliable, honest, and competitively priced. We hired Anthony to help my husband and I move things into our apartment and he was amazing! He arrived a few mins early to the job and worked diligently throughout to help us. He was very personable and a good communicator before and during the move. All our things were in great condition when we unpacked. We will definitely be using King Of Quality Pack & Move again.

Hired them to move a large antique piece between floors. They were fast, affordable, incredibly nice, and very careful.
Gerrael is simply amazing! I was in a bind because the company I hired sent a truck that was too small and just left the rest of my things. I called King of Quality. Gerrael came the next day to do the inspection, rented a small U-haul, packed it up and had my things to me in in the 36 hours that he promised. AND THIS WAS A MOVE FROM OAKLAND TO ATLANTA!!!!! Nothing was missing or damaged. I truly wish I'd found him before I hired the other clowns!
