Business is shady. If your items are in storage here, they are at risk of being stolen. If you are new to the area, do not use them! The cameras on site are not operational. The gate offers a false sense of security. The manager is shady. In my experience, this location is linked to criminal activity.
Do not rent here! They switch management so often that we get charged late fees because they do not carry over auto card payments. Plus you have sit on hold for 20 to get a live person.

I spent almost 2 hours trying to fix my online account and couldn't figure out what was wrong. I was getting really frustrated and thought it would take even longer to fix. So far so good. It was easy to rent the unit online and get set up. I only had to call to get the gate code. I have had it for a couple of months now. I am fixing to move out , but have had no problems with customer service or anything else.
