Called, was told they had a unit the size I needed available. Went online to purchase it but it wasn’t listed. Called back and was told by someone else they unit size was not available but that they would have management call me back with more information. Never got a call back.
If I could give this place a 0 I would. I booked 3 storage units over the phone as I was not able to see the facility in person and the movers were going to be moving the contents of my entire home directly into storage. I chose this facility because it was advertised as “ climate controlled.” I was told the largest unit available was on the third floor but subsequently needed two additional units. My items were there from November 2025 until July 2026.
DO NOT RENT HERE. They love when you want to sign up and rent a unit, but as soon as there's a problem or upon move out when you want to discuss the pro-rated payment they promised you when you signed up - NOTHING. Calls are not returned, there is no email contact, and "Customer service" line is an outsourced call center, if you want to wait 30-45 min on hold to talk to someone who can't do a thing. The place is full of mouse droppings, the floors are filthy, and a couple units stink like a health hazard.
The set up process was easy along with moving everything. Once I no longer needed the unit i could not get someone to help. Each time i called no one answered and did not receive a call back. When someone did pick up they said the manager would have to talk to me but i never heard from the manager. Now I am still getting charged for the unit 2 months later and still waiting for someone to cancel it. I would not recommend if you need a unit for a short period of time
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!!! They will promptly take your money and never give you access to the unit. I have called their customer service 4 times (customer service is wonderful they are out of TX)...whoever management is...horrible humans. PLEASE PLEASE think twice before using this facility. You have to put 1star to post the review....no choice to leave that blank.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! If I could give a negative number review, I would. We rented this unit over the summer last year. We canceled in August. WE ARE STILL BEING CHARGED $156 SINCE AUGUST. I've left several messages. I've contacted our …

Sure would be nice if someone returned my calls. Im moving and deadlines are approaching. I am going to have to take my business elsewhere simply because nobody is around to take or return my call.

Facilities are very clean and secure. The service is responsive, professional, and fair. I had an exceptional experience.
Pete, the owner at LaCrosse indoor storage, was absolutely amazing to work with. From my initial contact to my move out date a few months later, everything was exceptional. I had a lot of valuable items that needed to be in a secure, temperature controlled environment. After checking out several other storage places in the area, it was a no-brainer to go with LaCrosse Indoor storage. The unit is secured with passcode entry in addition to a secured loading bay. There are carts and dollies available to use as well.
Awesome storage unit and customer service. Clean and very secure. Drive in and use dollys to load or unload while staying dry and warm in the winter.
Clean facility, reasonable prices, only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is the limited access hours.
