The rating breakdown
Google shows 10 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 7 | 70.0% | |
| 4 star | 2 | 20.0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 1 | 10.0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.

Counted across the 1 one and two star review we have read for LaPalm Moving Systems. A review can describe more than one problem, so these do not add to 100%. Each share is rounded on its own.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
This was a long distance move from Kingston. La Palm staff were very professional and just excellent. Arrangements were easy, information and estimates were accurate, price competitive, and they were so patient answering all of my questions. The loading/unloading crew was professional, very well organized and careful. Every box and item was accounted for. We're about 80% unpacked and so far no breakage. Of all our move experiences (7 in 35 years) this was the best.
Thank you for your comments John! I will make sure everyone involved in your long distance move receives a copy of this review. Refreshing reviews, like yours, go a long way to reiterate to our crews that their work is not going unnoticed. Much appreciated by all.
Movers were very efficient and quick in getting the truck both loaded and emptied out. Kind and curteous during any communication and understanding when an unforeseen circumstance arose and we needed to move our move date. Highly recommended.
Just moved from Kingston Ontario to Victoria BC Great movers on both ends but the two that unloaded in Victoria BC were ANAZING JASON BOOCHARD and DAN WALKER were unbleavable They worked fast , safe and did not stop till everything was in place and my bed was set up. Great guys Thanks to LaPalm and Allied Great job and far price Highly recommended Gord
Excellent service. Moving quote was reasonable and the moving crew were really professional and worked hard. Everything arrived in excellent condition. Highly recommend. Our move was from Ontario to Nova Scotia. Great communication throughout.

What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
