In their own words
Eric does great work! I have a very old piano that was VERY out of tune and he warned me that old piano strings sometimes break when you try to tune them. It was a difficult job and Eric worked very carefully to tune it without breaking any strings! He was prompt and professional and my piano is now a joy to play!
Eric provided excellent service, was easy to schedule with and he fit us in quickly. He managed to restore gorgeous sound and pitch to my very old and finicky upright piano (been in my family for generations). Big bonus points that he let my 3 year old watch and interrupt with all kinds of questions. He even played some fabulous music for us at the end. Already booked my next appointment!
Eric did a beautiful job of tuning and servicing my 1927 Steinway piano. Very professional, pleasant, great communication and thorough. I highly trust and recommend him to others. John M. Gunderson Fort Worth, TX
Thank you John for the kind words. it was a pleasure tuning your 1927 Steinway piano.
Eric is truly a master of his craft! He took such great care of our piano—his attention to detail and expertise were evident from the moment he arrived. Not only did he tune the piano beautifully, but he also made some much-needed repairs, and the difference in sound and touch is incredible. I really appreciated the photos and video of the service—it was a great way to see the work that went into it. Eric was punctual, professional, and so knowledgeable.
thank you
