This place is great until you are ready to vacate. We needed storage for just a few months while we moved. When I contacted them to notify them of our intent to vacate our storage unit, I suddenly couldn't get ahold of anyone. I called multiple times and finally sent a written request via email since no one was answering. We cleaned out the unit and left. Still heard nothing. Fast forward a month and I get a bill with a late charge.

I am Very unhappy with the service here. The storage shed I was promised was replaced with a different unit. No-one was there during business hours after i waited 15 minutes ...so I ended needing to make multiple trips. Drove out to drop off storage items only to find they gave us the wrong key and we can't get in. A 16 yr old is working and can't reach management and won't give us a phone number. I would not recommend this place. poor customer service.

Moved out on the 3rd was told I would get a refund for my storage unit. I only received a refund for the insurance I had on my unit.

Moving is so stressful, and the staff, especially Brandon, was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. He made the whole process go so seamlessly, which was greatly appreciated. From answering all of my calls and questions to changing my U-Haul reservation, he made the experience just amazing. I’m glad I chose this storage unit because I know I’ll be well taken care of!

The mgr. went above and beyond to help us out with a storage unit, plus she helped us get our u haul straightened out. Since there was a big misunderstanding. She was awesome! And I would recommend this storage unit because of her. It’s mgrs like her that make or break a company. She is a 10!!!
