I used Wasatch Moving Company to move a guest for me and was very disappointed. I let them know ahead of time the guest would need help packing and disassembling items but movers did not bring any tools and they ended up leaving many items in the apartment. I spoke with Nate and he said he would go back personally to retrieve the items, but still left things the guest needed for safety even though I sent photos of everything that was needed.
After an inventory and quote, we still ended up with a disaster. Should have cancelled after the 4th time someone called to confirm the appointment, each with a different time, day, etc. They sent two kids to pack but only 1 could stay an hour. Apparently they were overbooked. The one guy packed as much as he could and said movers would pack the rest the next day. All this was communicated with someone in the office at the end of day one, as we witnessed the conversation.
These guys kept calling and leaving messages after seeing my house was going to be sold. If I was searching and put my info for a call back or quote it would be fine. Shouldn’t have to say not interested more than once especially when I never reached out to them or any other company.
Hired Wasatch to move my family into a rental while my new house was being built. The whole experience was awful. It took twice as long as it should have, they broke a bed, they didn't send enough guys at the beginning, and then they sent …

Showed up on time. Worked fast and steady. Nothing was broken that I'm aware of. The price came in lower than the bid. Covered all the chairs and furniture and wall hangings. Took about 5 and 1/2 hours to load and unload 1600 ft². Everybody was really nice. I would use them again.

Wasatch Moving Company was able to accommodate a last-minute moving request and were extremely friendly and helpful. The 3 young men that came and moved the heavy medical equipment for our practice handle each piece with care and were very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this company and will be utilizing their services again.
We just moved from out of state ourselves but had Wasatch Moving Company help us unload all our stuff and assemble big items. Ben and Ray were very professional, helpful, and fast. All our things were put in the right rooms and it made moving in so much easier. Would recommend!
