Tammy in Layton is rude, very unprofessional. Been there renting for several years and live out of state. In fact she is so rude if I wasn't living across the United States I would have moved my things out immediately. Issues with billing, they will try and add junk fees. As a customer that has had storage with them for over three years you would think they would value their customer. Now we will only deal with the very nice women in Odgen who runs that facility.
I'm sorry your experience was less than 100%. It was a busy and there were many customers to help. We stayed on the phone as long as possible before we had to leave. Let us know if there is anything more you need. … More
The customer service use to be good but it seems like it changed. I haven't been able to have access to my unit going on three months now even though my account is caught up. The password does not work and the lady in the office said she doesn't know how to fix it and will leave a note for the manager. Still nobody has helped me or have not heard from the manager. Very frustrating.
Hi Teena I'm sorry you've had a bad experience the manager normally is in the office Monday to Thursdays if you would like to reach out to her then or please send the office an email so she can get back with you.

During one of the most stressful and heartbreaking experiences we’ve ever gone through with our moving company, Tammy showed us nothing but kindness, compassion, patience, and genuine care.
