The rating breakdown
0 of the 33 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Lee's Piano Services are one or two star.
Worked out from 33 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Lake Charles
1.5 percentage points lower than the middle of the 14 listings in Lake Charles we can publish a rate for.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Lee was very professional with delivering and handling our piano. He then came back clean and tune the piano at a later date. He was punctual, very thorough and explained everything he was doing and answered all of our questions. The piano looks brand new and sounds amazing. I would recommend for any piano concerns!
Mr. Sonnier was absolutely amazing & very professional! I called out-of-the-blue, and near Thanksgiving, and he still worked us in! Not only that, but we found out my piano hadn't been tuned since 1937. So, he made all the repairs, taking his time making sure they were right, and came back a week later (after Thanksgiving) to tune it. It sounds BRAND NEW! I'm in shock. He cleaned it, too! She looks amazing. Restored and healthy, again. Now, I can focus back on things to do that make me happy.
Thank you, Tia!
I have spent the day with Lee the Piano Tuner/Cleaner, and it has been such a wonderful day. I have inherited my parents’ piano that is probably 60 years old and today it sounds like a brand new piano and the inside is so clean. Lee was so …
Mr Lee is very kind and has been tuning and maintaining our Church Piano for years now. He does an excellent job making it sound great! We are very pleased with his work.
It has been an honor to maintain the piano at the church for all these years. Thank you, Tamula!
