First, I would like to note that I haven’t had a consistent price for my unit in I don’t know how long. It constantly changes. I was grateful when the price went down Before summer considering I’m literally renting a Space smaller than my closet…. Now it’s slowly started creeping back up. They’re bragging about renovations, but my unit hasn’t seen any renovations. The weatherstrip along the bottom of the door is broken. Actually, it’s dry rotted.
Kelsey- We are sorry to hear about your issues. We are continuing to do improvements to the facility including paving the aisleways, more access points, 24/7 security cameras and many other items that needed addressed. A customer service rep will be reaching out soon to resolve your issues.
The worst place for storage. When I got to the address of the company they said my unit was at their East location which was 4 miles down the road. When I got there it was up hill the whole time I was trying to locate my unit. No one showed me where it was and no map. I finally found it after trying to avoid every pothole in this hilly lot of units. I finally found it and their were spider webs covering the door and wasps flying around. I know it's outside but come on. The door and lock were rusty.

No security, Edit: I am already a renter from you. The unit I rent has already gotten broken into once before and ALL I got was a (Sorry for your Luck routine) and a new lock from you. I mean come on, Nighthawk security is a joke. Sadly the only reason why I had to accept your services is because you are the only storage company at the moment. There is another one getting built on the east side of the bypass near Reids Orchard.
Thanks for your comment. We agree that security needs to improve. In just a few weeks we will have automatic gates, access control, cameras and office monitors. You will even be able to open the gates through an app on your smart phone.
Be careful they have specials such as 2 mo free or first 2 months 1/2 off then they will raise the rent $20 or more but still advertise other units at your original price. Yet raise yours. Also I had to go out of town ran to pay my storage …

I'm supposed to go to E035. None of these buildings have letters on them. Then when I get to a door that says 35, it won't open, every time I try, it just bends. Also, the pavement here is all torn up and awkward to drive through.

I wouldn't recommend storing anything of value or that you wouldn't want damaged the rodent and water problem have been a real issue not to mention the very unfriendly staff.

I've been using Lighthouse storage, for some time now and thoroughly enjoy being being a customer. Automatic payment monthly (super convenient), weekly on site manager to ensure maintenance on buildings, can call in issues anytime and always get an answer by friendly people you can understand, locked/secured gate with personal code access. Affordable prices. One thing that I do hate, is the are NO CAMERAS, but we've had zero issues!!! None at all. Great spot on E 4th street location.
