If i could give it 0 stars I would! The WORST place to rent from... they raise the rent 10 every other month. It's not "secure" the gate doesn't even close. The one time it did close it locked us INSIDE. And the cameras aren't attached to anything A few months ago in a BREAKIN my light got kicked off n broken... I STILL HAVE NO LIGHTS!!! Disrespectful staff. Expensive n not worth it terrible

I wouldn't rent anything from this place. The people running this outfit are nothing but crooks. I would give 0 stars if possible. If you like being lied to, they are for you. Kinda ironic that an attorney's office is also their office... An attorney is nothing more than a paid liar!! You get what you pay for in that aspect!! The whole team will lie to you just to get your $$$. Filing a consumer complaint with the Attorney General as I write this review.
For the first month we rented with them the entry gate was locked after 5:30pm and not opened again until around 9am the next morning. That means if I wanted to put something or get something out at anytime outside of the hours it wasn't locked. I had to wait until the next day or until they opened. I would've never went with them in the 1st place if I had been told this was how it was going to be.
They were supposed to put a Security gate up at 5th St. In Owensboro and it never happened. My storage was broken into and they did nothing but tack on insurance after the fact and still no security gate. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

They suck won't work with u charge u for bigger size then it is an don't notify u or give u chance won't take parcel payments just suck
