This review was originally submitted in April of 2025. It needed to be edited, which is the reason for the resubmission. Be prepared to be stood up and/or forfeit whatever funds are paid. Other people have had similar experiences with this business. Please see their reviews on Google and Yelp. No shows several times. I am handicapped and they left me stranded without a safe place to sleep for x4 nights.

I wish there is less than a one star to leave a review. I had a move schedule with Matt and this so called company that claim to be a professional moving company here in Spokane. Well I can tell you a person gets exactly what they pay for. Confirmed my appointment the night before with Matt the owner and it was all confirmed and told me he had my move all scheduled and everything would be all good and the crew would be there at 9. The morning of the move arrived and 9 nobody.
Called me back without introducing himself and because I did not recognize the number or know who was calling me, he started to use insults. Very unprofessional and I would not hire.
So confused. I scheduled a move on 8/25/24 at 9:00 am. I waited until 10:30. I called the office and they said they would check to see what happened and why the no-show. I finally got a call from Matt around 11:00. He said something …

They were extremely hardworking and they were careful with our belongings. (We had some awkward and fragile items.) We are glad we chose Quality Movers to pack up and transfer our furniture between homes, and we would heartily recommend them to anyone who is looking for capable, professional movers.
The owner Matt quoted and coordinated and his team executed. Arrived on time, protected all my items and navigated a challenging move through tight spaces, hanging obstacles and down the stairs. Team was very professional, courteous and I highly recommend.
Wow! Beyond impressed with the two gentlemen who delivered my new mattress from BoxDrop. Communication was exceptional, the service was fast, efficient and oh SO VERY KIND!!!! Thank you!!
The work at Quality Moving Company is phenomenal. Their prices beat everyone else and the professionalism was outstanding. I would highly recommend Quality Moving for anyone needing to transport their furniture and anything they need. They were careful with my personal items and went beyond what I expected.
