So disappointed in you. You damaged my friends armoire during a move, said you would come good and have it repaired and DID NOT. You even photographed the damage to document what you had done. Then lied about it. I don't believe you ever intended to repair the damage you caused. Shame on you. She's a +70 year old widow. You deserve zero stars.
Johanna, I apologize that repairs have not been completed to your friend's armoire. If you or your friend that we moved could please contact our office regarding the damaged item we will be more than pleased to make the repair.

In their own words
I wish I could give more than 5/5. They were wonderful and made a stressful day run so smoothly. They were professional, prompt and clean in their work. They were friendly and enjoyable people who interacted warmly with us and asked where things could be best places. They put our furniture together, had walking mats through the house. Nothing broken or damaged, they went above and beyond. Cannot recommend them enough!
So wonderful, very careful, no damage to anything that was moved and I had a LOT of fragile things, including a curio cabinet and a very large cabinet that has glass panels on all 4 sides. They were thorough and quick, and very transparent that the cost would be higher than the quote due to some issues with the location I was moving out of being difficult and therefore taking more time than ancitipated. Highly recommend this company if you're moving, especially if you have fragile items or are moving a distance.
We had the dream team of Steve, Pat and Sean complete our move. They were meticulous, respectful, professional, personable, and efficient throughout the entire process. Not a scratch or dent. Estimate and communication by Pat Everett was exemplary. Great company to deal with. Kudos to all.
We have moved a few times, however these guys are simply the best. We dealt with the Lindsay location and moved from Uxbridge to Bobcaygeon. We moved on one of the coldest days of the year, however that didn't faze any of the crew. Mark Burns is totally on the top of his game and left nothing to chance. The crew (Shawn, Joe, Kevin, and Justin) were careful and considerate and took great care to insure that nothing was damaged. Not even a wall scrape or hack!
