In their own words
Very disappointed. I had them move me from Hemet to AZ. They showed up on time. Great people. That's why it was hard for me to speak up. First wrong thing, they came with a small truck. But they assured me it'll fit. They got skills. Then what was said will take 2hrs, took about 7 hours to leave Hemet. Mind you, it takes 5 hours to get to AZ. So they finally leave. I got a text from my landlord that they left stuff behind. 🤬 come to find out, it was very important stuff.
I book him to move Saturday morning never show up said his truck Broke down and I said are you going to get another. truck and ask me to rent me to rent a truck for him so I had to be our that day and left without any help or service

In their own words
Luccy Roots Moving Company is so awesome!!! They carefully pay attention to detail. They move efficiently fast and Good Price. Very Respectable for sure will use this company again.
Moving with Mike and Matthew was everything I needed in a solo long distance move. Mike was very responsive and made it easy to plan. They arrived on time and got my whole house into the truck, even put up with my attempts to help! They were kind, communicative and great to work with. My move had so many extra heavy equipment mixed in with the rest of my belongings and everything was handled with care. Thanks Luccy Roots, I appreciate you!
Thank You Jaden. It was our pleasure. It was great meeting you. Thank you for choosing Luccy Roots.
Mike and Hondo at Luccy Roots were incredibly kind, careful and had the very BEST attitude in moving my mom from her home to assisted living. They had several stops and needed to navigate antiques, family treasures, multiple boxes all color coded etc. They did it all graciously, professionally and with a smile. The best part is their pricing...completely fair! HIRE them, you will not be sorry
Thank you so very much! It was our pleasure meeting & Moving your family.
Let me just tell you....Mike, Renee and Team are spectacular!!!! They took my Parents out of state move to Arizona last minute. They were fast efficient and most of all, fun to be around. It was stressful on my siblings and I and they came in and took over and made things easy and took care of my Parent's. They're worth every penny!!! Also very affordable, probably the best value around. Their communication is also on point and very timely.
Thank you! We appreciate you.
