Super disappointed with our experience with this company. The number of issues we had were lengthy - starting from being overcharged (they did refund us the error) but also severely overestimated our needs forcing us to pay their hour minimums (charged for 6 hours and it took them 3.5), to our TV and a piece of furniture damaged, to the walls of our brand new home scuffed and marked, to the grand finale of them being 4 hours late and rushing to unload our home at 7pm at night.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I would not use Lucky Day Movers again due to their misleading and unethical billing practices. First, I want to be clear that the moving crew (Isaiah and gage) themselves were polite, professional, and worked hard in the Arizona heat and I tipped them well because I appreciated their effort. My issue is entirely with the company’s billing and lack of transparency. When I called I was quoted $185/ hr for 2 guys.
Communication is terrible. Takes days and weeks to get a response. Items broken, took forever to get a check for $125. They broke about 10 items but the biggest is our dining room chair because they stacked them. Worth far more than $125. The moving kids were nice, but I would not recommend. Ever!

Worst movers EVER. I had 3 moves under (1) contract. Had damage with A LOT of my things. We specifically asked them to be careful with my expensive items. They RUINED several things and could care less. Then the owner Austin told me lie after lie. See photos

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding experience from start to finish! Otis, Isaiah, Kamari, Mo, Gage, Kedon, and Shawn were on time, professional, courteous, and took exceptional care of all of our belongings. What really set this team apart was their ability to safely move our 1,200-pound safe. It was a difficult job that required skill, planning, and the right equipment, and they handled it flawlessly. Throughout the entire move, the crew communicated clearly, worked efficiently, and treated our home with respect.

The entire crew and process was great from start to finish. Would highly recommend these guys for anyone moving whether it’s a big or small move They make the process so easy. All of our stuff was carefully packaged, was moved with intention and was placed exactly where it should be for easy unpacking when we got to our new location. I learned the hard way that you get what you pay for with moving companies even their rate rates come in better than some of the competitors that you can’t trust.

I got sure got lucky when I made the choice to go with Lucky Day Moving! They by far had the best pricing and the process was so easy. I did a full service move, so the crew came and packed up everything one one day and moved it out the following! Literally just took my personal items and left and they took care of the rest. The boys showed up and had GREAT communication and were so friendly, we did a full walkthrough to go over final details and I didn’t have to lift a finger.
