The rating breakdown
1 of the 22 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for M&M Moving and Storage are one or two star.
Worked out from 22 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Hialeah
2.2 percentage points higher than the middle of the 15 listings in Hialeah we can publish a rate for.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
These guys were awesome! They helped us load our 1 bedroom 3rd story apartment into our uhaul and they helped unload the contents into our storage unit. Thank you Cody & Princeton! They were so good we got their names so that we can request them to move us to our house in a few weeks. The guys were polite, respectful & efficient. They dissembled all of our furniture, helped box our flat screen TV & used the moving supplies we bought to wrap our furniture and and fragile glass coffee table.
Amazing service!! Michael is great, very professional, knowledgeable about the area, and communicative. His crew was early, friendly, very careful and made me feel my belongings were in good hands. Amidst a very stressful cross country move, they made the move easy and I couldn't recommend them more!! Thanks again guys.
Found them on Uhauls website but called them directly. Showed up ten minutes early ready to roll. They were running the entire time, working with a sense of urgency. We weren’t charged for anything beyond what was discussed and there isn’t a scratch on our wall or a single piece of furniture. The headboard didn’t fit up the stairs so instead of whining the guys hoisted up the outside and brought it in the balcony. Greg, Keroy, and Jose were 10/10. Best moving experience I’ve ever had.
Amidst a very confusing interstate move that my family and I went through, M&M was a very pleasant surprise. They were able to accommodate all the changes I had to make along the way due to delays in the new house availability and the crews were great, both at pick-up and delivery. The price is on the same ball park of other companies but without last minute surprises/increases that I heard from other companies and the service provided is totally worth it.
