The guy at the front desk is great,let's just get that out of the way. Now,my wife and I moved our stuff out of the unit and paid the month in full afterwards. We received a call that we didn't give them advanced notice. Just know it's called Mabey's because maybe you'll get your deposit back,maybe you won't. Guess you'll find out. BTW, the woman who called us to let us know was extremely rude. Mabey try a different storage place. 🤷

I been there for years. No problem, now they have a new.person in the office. Unfortunately I don't think he a good fit to be in customer service. Very rude and condescending.

I have utilized Mabey's Storage facilities and have found their staff to quite helpful. However, as in any situation, there is that one individual that stands out from their peers! I think the lady's name is Lea. This professional has demonstrated over & over, by example, what it takes to provide exemplary service to customers. This was not only to me. As I have waited my turn to be assisted, I have been most fortunate to hear and observe a true professional in action!! PLEASE, Lea, don't ever leave.

Great experience. Melissa made our move in and move out SUPER easy and stress free. She remembered us when we came in today to move out of our unit. The person I spoke with first (Nikki maybe, sorry it’s been a LONG month moving) thought new (I found out later) did a fantastic job relaying what we were looking for and all together we were able to get the ideal unit for our storing needs.

This is the cleanest self storage unit I’ve ever seen. The prices were reasonable. The staff are very pleasant to work with Especially Victoria, who was very professional courteous and had a very pleasant demeanor. I would definitely recommend this place for storage.
