I was very impressed with everything prior to the loading day. The times had been verified a few days before, but on the day, everything deteriorated to a huge mess. My initial time was given to be from 8-10am, and when no one arrived after 10, I called to find out what the problem was. The scheduler called me back and took ownership for the delay saying that they schedule short moves before longer ones. She assured me that the crew would be there by noon.

We had the most incredible moving experience with Mac’s Moving and Storage this past week! Jake in sales was very helpful and on target with building our moving quote. Jake Soto and his crew showed up on time and ready to work hard! They were incredibly efficient and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. They wrapped all of our furniture meticulously and made sure that everything was carefully loaded to the truck.

We've just completed an out of state move with MACS moving, led by team captain, Justin. The entire experience was great. Justin partparticipated in, and guided a team of people for each phase of packing, loading, and then driving so unloading could take place. Each day was professional, respectful, and the communication was outstanding. The organization of the process brought great comfort and confidence that everything was going to be ok, and it was!

Very professional. They didn’t complain going up steep stairs. They were very respectful, of me and also my belongings. They worked fast and efficiently. They don’t judge you. I was having major anxiety and crying cause of the stress of the move. They didn’t judge. They told me they are going to make my life easy and they did. I have had bad experiences with movers before. But I gave Mac moving a try and it was worth every penny.
