Do not rent a storage locker from these people. Other facilities warned me about the manager, and they are absolutely correct... Rude, dishonest, and unfair business practices... Don't even risk it!
Been here for awhile. Since Madera secure storage took over it's been not the same. And for the last 6 months it's been a joke with people parking in my spot or crowding into my spot because they can't park their vehicles in their spot. And Madera secure storage won't do anything about it got tired of dealing with it. I know the manager has her hands tied by the owners and all they want is to raise the price of a rental spot. Which is getting to be ridiculous for people that keep crowding your spots.

While the staff is friendly, the location convenient, the security is not up to par. I have had multiple vandalism actions done against a trailer I had stored there. Between the safety pull away cable being cut to stolen light covers and stolen hubcaps.... the secure part of the name is a misconception.
