Not at all happy for various reasons. One reason for my discontent is the rent hikes: two, 33% increases, in two years, possibly less than two years. Started at $150, went up to $250. The notice for the increase was also inappropriate: one month in advance email, during Christmas, no letter, no phone call, no text message, just a month old email, not even noticed.

I am renting a temperature controlled unit and enjoy the comfort that my items are not being damaged due to the weather temperatures. The location is kept clean and the staff at the Madera location is helpful and friendly. I am able to access my storage unit 24/7, so I don't have to worry about getting toy items before they close. GREAT staff. Thank you
Too expensive but very high tech in this almost completely digital age of ours. I'm paying 360/month for a 12×30 when I had a 25×20 @ pacific storage in Fresno for same price. For those who aren't math people that is the difference of 360sf vs. 500sf. Huuuuge difference! Only reason for 4 stars is price. Outside of that... nicest place I've ever had storage BY FAR!
I've had a unit here for almost 2 years. I have had zero bad issues with the unit or facility. I locked my phone in the unit once and they were able to help me within minutes to retrieve my phone. I've switched from a bigger to smaller unit with zero billing issues. The place is always clean. The staff is always so nice and answer all my questions.
This is the friendliest and easy going staff in regards to a storage unit I have met so far. I get the sensation, when I come around, to be in a family type environment, with the extra respect they treat you with. I definitely recommend …
