The property manager Susanna is very professional, courteous, and thorough. She always has something sweet in her candy dish, and has always offered a cold bottle of water, not only for me but my crew when I moved stuff in. It's this type of customer service that wins over customer satisfaction and loyalty, thank you Susanna, great job.
