The moving truck broke down so our delivery was severely delayed. The only compensation offered was $150 off the move. The driver was very professional though

Nothing like a delivery driver dropping 750 pounds of items in front of your garage door when you’re bringing home a sick two year-old child and the delivery driver (real jerk) saying “I don’t need a signature and I can drop off anywhere”. He said he was shorthanded and couldn’t move the boxes and continued to unload. I strained my back because of your incompetence and impatience , thanks to you, little white box truck “guy”. 👎 This is the face of your company?
Blocked the entrance, elevator and multiple handicapped spots moving someone into an apartment building who wasn’t even there. Tried to blame current residents for just trying to get in and out of the apartment, belittled residents over issues they caused and left trash outside the building. Can’t imagine they do much training about considerate and ethical behavior with the teenagers they hire. Wouldn’t waste my money here, plenty of other companies.
This was by far the worst move EVER!! Damages so many things can't even begin to list. Drove semi partially loaded to and from residence every day and did not secure load. Tried to charge for materials that were never used. Put holes in …
Trying to get help. They are at least receptive to my needs but I had damaged high-end furniture and a lot of broken household goods. Much of my best stuff was broken due to inadequate packing.

Tyler did a great job moving me into a downtown apartment! There were lots of things that could have easily proved frustrating but he took them all in stride and remained positive. He took care of my items and was respectful of the space. I would recommend him to anyone looking for moving services- especially if the move will be tricky because he will take care of it with ease and positivity!
