Absolutely terrible service. Never open when they say they are. Any Friday, or Friday before king weekend they disappear. Random days they’re closed when they say they’re open. Ask to get C can down, it always takes days. Lady at front is very rude, and gets rude when you ask anything. Would never use again.

Fast service buy a bit to fast u can get easily confused. I made the mistake of paying a storage online and end up not even going to get to see it. As there was a family death and things went wrong n had to rush home and be short on funds! Pretty well made it by broke 💔 …
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Had so many belongings damaged in transport, got my container broken into after 1 month of storage, and management damaged my tailgate and refused to pay for repairs...if you like getting screwed go here.

We started using Make Space in summer of 2020 and they’ve raised prices 37% during that time. We started at $250/month and in July they’re raising it to $343. They constantly raise prices.

I recently used U-Haul Moving and Storage and had a great experience. The booking process was simple, and everything was ready on time. The location was clean, organized, and the trucks were well maintained. The overall staff was friendly and professional, and they made the moving process stress-free. A special thanks to Mohit, who went above and beyond to help me. He was very polite, patient, and explained all the details clearly about the rental and storage process.
My experience with U-Haul was excellent, largely due to Mohit’s professionalism and commitment to great service. He consistently goes above and beyond to assist customers, showing patience, understanding, and a genuine willingness to help. Mohit made the entire process smooth and efficient, a true example of outstanding customer care.
Trevor was awesome to work with. He reviewed my needs, including ensuring the unit would more than satisfy my storage needs. He reviewed access processes & made himself available to assist with any needs. Current prices are very inviting. I would recommend this facility to anyone considering a storage option.
