RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL is how to describe this company. Do not go with this company. They say one thing on their website but something different when book their services. False advertising
Ms. Brenda, I very calmly and respectfully explained to you that through our Uhaul partner 2 hour minimums are for either a load or and unload, not both services. They state that themselves on their official website.

Moving with Makin It Happen Moving was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a moving company. From the moment they arrived, the entire team was professional, friendly, and incredibly organized. They showed up on time, got right to work, and handled all of my belongings with great care. What really impressed me was how efficient they were. They worked quickly without ever making me feel like they were rushing or being careless.
Jared and CJ were awesome! Professional and efficient. I moved from Houston to Maryland and had the best experience with this company! ~ regular communication, always pleasant and everything arrived intact, nothing damaged or broken, including my 7 ft floor mirror!! An absolute pleasure to work with. I would give 10 stars if it were an option. Will definitely use again and refer to anyone moving local or long distance.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with CJ and Jared during my move from Houston, Texas to Chicago, Illinois—and I cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly hardworking. Despite some hiccups along the way (due to my own lack of planning), they remained calm, helpful, and went above and beyond to keep things running smoothly. They never once complained, and they stayed considerate and focused the entire time.

The two young men that showed up to help us unload our Uhaul were nothing short of AMAZING. They were professional, efficient, polite, and engaged in conversation. They even finished 30 minutes earlier than I had planned because of how great they are at their jobs. I will hire and recommend them for any moving/lifting job myself or friends have in the future.
