The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Kyler and the Manuel Moving team went above and beyond during our move and made what could have been a very stressful process feel organized and smooth the entire way through. Communication was excellent from the first phone call right up until the last item was delivered. They showed up on time, handled everything carefully, and treated our belongings like they were their own.
Wow, thank you so much for this amazing review. Reading this honestly means a lot to us. We know moving can be stressful, especially with multiple stops and so many moving parts involved, so hearing that we were able to make the process smooth and stress-free for you is exactly what we strive for.
I ran into Kyler when he was moving someone else out of my apartment building. He immediately struck me as conscientious and hard-working. I knew I had a move coming at some point in my future so I asked for his business card. Was I ever glad I did. There were no surprises. He stuck to his quote and he did what it took to get the job done. I had a limited window with the elevators in my apartment building and he worked hard to make sure everything got got done on time.
Moved a three bedroom townhouse using these fellows, not only did they go with my moving plan of how to load and unload things the way I wanted to,but they made sure to take the utmost care with the expensive bedroom sets I had to move,as well as glass shelves and mirrors, these guys took all the precautions to pack my things accordingly and made sure everything was padded to avoid breakage.
Hey Dwayne, Really appreciate you taking the time to leave such a detailed review — that means a lot to us. We’re glad we could follow your plan and still make sure everything was handled with care, especially the more valuable and fragile items.
Excellent choice highly recommended! Easiest move ever! Thanks to Kyler and his team the move was seamless and effortless, well managed from start to finish. I have dealt with alot of movers in the past who show up late and unprepared. Not only did Manuel Moving show up on time..rolled out the mats when they entered the home - they worked as a team taking the utmost care and consideration of the contents to be moved. Thank you Klyer!
