They never answer the phone!!!!! The next day a young lady called and told me that they were completly booked. The next appointment that was available was the 18th of June @ 6pm so I could receive an estimate. Perfect I thought because she also said" If needed they could move my belongings the next day @ 8am. They appointment was **CONFIRMED** So on the 18th I received a call from them @ 5:27 pm & I returned the phone call @ 5:28 pm **NO Answer** . So I decided to wait, and call again but regrettably no answer.
Contacted this company as a local mover , they asked for a list by email of items to be move , they never replied to the email nor to messages on their phone number , waited for 3 days just because they are local , hired another company after.

Tommy and his crew made our move so easy! Seth, Patrick, Cory, and Lonnie made it happen! They were punctual, courteous, and careful with our stuff. Washer, dryer, adjustable bed take down and hooked back up, no problemo Mr. Georgé. Tommy packed that trailer like a Tetris master. They even helped me load and unload items from my own truck when we ran out of room in the trailer. Up front pricing, no surprises. We don't plan on moving any time soon but if we did we would definitely use your services again.
Great experience! They did all of the things you want when you hire a moving company. Responded quickly, showed up when they said they would, moved everything quickly and safely (up a steep flight of stairs) and the cost was exactly what they said it would be. And they are on the island! Everyone was so nice and helpful. You could tell they take a lot of pride in doing a great job. We will definitely use Manuel's Transfer again if we ever need moving services.
These guys were great. Gave me an estimate for my move from Galveston to Livingston and stuck with it. They showed up on time and worked efficiently and safely protecting all of my belongings. They were recommended by a friend on the east end and I would recommend them again as well.
Best Movers! Thank you Leslie in the office who stayed in contact with me before the move and Tommy and his crew were great! The move went smoothly... Thanks for taking apart and putting back together the dresser drawer bed! We will only use Manuel 's Transfer for our next move!
