In their own words
Can’t say enough good things about this buying experience. We were able to go in and play multiple models of the piano we were looking for. The purchase was hassle free and the guys at the store were courteous and answered all our questions. We live a good 3.5 hours from the store and they delivered it to us. The front door wasn’t able to work so they had to bring it all the way around through the back. Definitely was more than they were expecting but they handled it like champs.
Best combination of range of used pianos available, and included services like free delivery, tuning pre/post delivery and 12 year warranty! Long-term local mainstay. May need to return a couple times as selection changes, to find the right fit. A lot of older but good sounding Yamaha, Kawaii and other favorites... Helpful owners/staff, will leave you alone to browse after answering any questions you have. I'd definitely make a visit at minimum, before purchasing any other way!
Marshall Piano is an absolutely wonderful piano shop. I really appreciate the no pressure opportunity to play through all the uprights in the shop: I found the perfect piano for me and they delivered it the following week. Major thanks to Kris and the team for helping me add a wonderful instrument to my home. Couldn’t recommend them more. If you’re looking for a piano and are on the fence you should absolutely stop in. You won’t be disappointed.
Very knowledgeable people. Good place to find a new or used piano. They are not high pressured to make a sale. Been in business since 1925. I would buy from them again. Free delivery, free bench, free in home tuning, 12 year warranty if you paid over a certain amount of money. Go to their website to see.
