There are many reasons for that which all boil down to a breach of contract, poor planning on the companies side, and lack of honoring not just a contract but their word. I'm a Realtor who constantly deal with Movers. My regular go-to's were not available on a certain date so we called Marvel and offered them the job. They were friendly and it seemed taken care off.
