Movers no showed two days in a row - neglected to take items they were instructed to move - moved items that they were instructed to leave in the home - left multiple items in the home that they were suppose to move - never wrapped or covered items as I was informed they would do - items I had wrapped in moving blankets they removed and left the blankets in the home - damaged multiple possessions and never informed me of such - found broken furniture, mirror, and other household items broken when left in my…

Do not EVER use this terrible service. They charge $500 per time you want to grab one of your items from storage that you own. The service of the movers was also horrible and was 3x as expensive as what I was quoted. NEVER, EVER use this terrible service -- they will overcharge you and scam you every step of the way.
Hi Coby, As stated when scheduling with Master Movers for storage services. We offer warehouse storage. Items are crated, palletized inventoried and stored. This does not offer access like traditional self storage units offer.
Movers were very nice and did good work. We had a large scratch on a piece of furniture and inquired into filing a claim and I do think it's important to know they are "insured" but everything is only insured $0.60/pound---so if everything …
Thank you for the feedback Kelly we appreciate it. The insurance included for free with your move is $.60 per lb but we do offer additional insurance at $3 for every $100 of coverage on any item you want insured above that.

Master Movers was absolutely FANTASTIC! I can't say enough good things about their work. I was put in charge of helping my mother-in-law downsize and move to a new place. She had many large and valuable antique furniture pieces and was generally apprehensive about the process. Master Movers exceeded expectations at every step. The quote process was fast and efficient (great pricing!) Their packing team was THE BEST -- they understood the specialty needs of packing antiques and were kind and delightful.

Today the crew of Mike, Brennan, and Cody helped us move across town, and we had a great experience. They were punctual and gave us a half hours notice via phone call prior to arrival. They worked hard over a long day and moved all our belongings in a professional, safe, and effective manner.
