In their own words
One of the movers stole my wedding ring during the job- I had to call the police to file a police report in order to press charges for felony theft. The ring ended up being recovered at a pawn shop. Completely unacceptable and I did not receive any kind of apology or acknowledgement from the company after the incident.
The move was alright, I was quoted a price range and assured it would be on the lower end but it seemed the crew was in no rush to achieve that goal even with my constant help and it inevitably ended up being over the quoted price range. While this was just a point to mention, the real reason for my comment is due to an unwrapped blender blade I sliced my finger about 2.5in while unpacking one of the boxes and additionally found another blender blade unwrapped.

This is my second time using Matt’s. Great overall experience! They worked with my timeline - 2 part move. Were responsive and communicated regularly. The movers were fantastic the day of the move. Courteous and careful with my home and belongings. Highly recommend!
Austin and team were prompt, efficient and very careful with our furniture and possessions. They were pleasant to talk with and smiling in spite of the heat and humidity. Estimate I was given was accurate.
Fair pricing, accurate estimate, timely and all around great experience. Would highly recommend.
