Most of our stuff was stolen from professionals who didnt even break the lock and had all the time in the world to pick and choose... clothing, shoes, household items. They even had the code obviously to the front gate because no way could they have thrown all those items over a fence. Beware!!!
Hi Dorra, We are terribly sorry that your storage unit was compromised. We do everything we can to help prevent this kind of activity at our stores. If you haven’t done so, please file a police report and turn that into our manager.
Awful security problems with massive BREAK-IN in September 2020. This place is not safe. A friend of mine had a storage here and highly recommended me and a few other mutual friends to get storage from here for our own needs. Long behold, that unit along with several others were COMPLETELY EMPTIED OUT in early September 2020. Looks like the police report helped recover only a tiny fraction of their belongings, but vast majority are gone forever. I can’t imagine what my friend has and is going through.

My storage locker pad lock had markings of attempted break-in. Manager would not investigate to find out who attempted to break-in by viewing their closed circuit television recording. Manager would only offer to sell me a new padlock. The …
