In their own words
We hired SuperSafe Movers in August of 2017. They confirmed arrival on said date in between 3-4 PM. They didn't show up. We reached out to them as mid-evening arrived and they advised us, "they were finishing up another job and should have the energy to move us". By 8 PM, with our deadline to move out approaching, my fiance and I moved ourselves. They offered us 10% our next move, which we were going to use. We called multiple times to a full voicemail box and multiple unanswered emails.
I booked these movers a month in advance, paid a deposit and received a written confirmation of the time. They never showed. They never called. I am still waiting here hours later to get any sort of communication from them. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Brennan and Drake showed up exactly when they said they would. Moved my apartment quickly and efficiently. They were professional and courteous the entire time. The fabulous crew consisting of Jared, Trey, Ian, Shaun, and Bishop made a painful day of closing our pet adoption center far better than we anticipated with their great attitudes and hard work. They carefully packed, labeled and loaded a ton of heavy furniture, cat condos, steel lockers among other things. All requests we made were met with a response of "No problem, Ma'am". I highly recommend this crew and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future! Many thanks to all of them!!

We had a TON of heavy and oddly sized items to move and Jared, Trey, Shaun, Ian, & Bishop Never batted an eye! They were all so patient, professional and I highly recommend these guys. Our move took about 10 hours- by the end of the day I was totally beat but somehow the moving team was still so upbeat and kind. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience- so thank you so much to all you guys for helping us!!
