What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Excellent experience with this organization. Communication was excellent, and when I cut my lock off they notified me within 12 hours that my lock was missing! Strongly recommend their services.
Thank you for the great review Lou! We really appreciate your business and kind words!
Really great setup here. Nice units, easy access and very friendly people. Pricing is comparable to others, but with better location and nicer units.
Thank you for the great review Jake, we really appreciate the kind words and for choosing Maxim for your storage needs!
Cannot thank the team enough. I was working in GP when my truck window shattered late at night. Phoned around for a safe place to park until my window replacement and Morgan from Maxim Storage without hesitation, offered one of his units. I offered to pay him, but he would not take anything. I have no hesitation recommending Morgan and his team at Maxim Storage. Anyone would be looked after properly.
Thanks so much for the kind words Gabe, we are always happy to help!
I had my whole household in storage for the past 2 years when I moved back to Grande Prairie. Maxim storage was fantastic to deal with. I had no worries. Once I didn't lock my unit properly and within days I get a call that my unit isn't locked properly. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Maxim.
Thank you so much for the amazing review Paula! We really appreciate the kind words and couldn’t be happier that you had a great experience with us!
