The 2 stars are because the piano DID get moved and I am RELIEVED that it is ok but I had to organize a visit from a tuner because I was worried about its' condition. The full story: My childhood piano is one of my best friends and when the house closed it had to be moved. I booked the move nearly 2 months in advance but the day before I wasn't able to reach anyone to confirm.
