The rating breakdown
Google shows 18 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 17 | 94.4% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 1 | 5.6% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I had a fantastic experience with McNair’s Cleaning & Moving! The movers were professional, punctual, and incredibly careful with my belongings. They worked efficiently while still taking the time to make sure everything was wrapped and handled properly. Moving can be stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and worry-free. Communication before and during the move was excellent, and the price was very fair for the quality of service.
I wish I could give ten stars! McNair's absolutely saved us; we had to get a house cleared out and realized, a couple days from the deadline, that we were in over our head. McNair's were available THE SAME DAY we called, sent three excellent guys (shoutout to Theo, Lamont and Marree) who did a great job clearing the house and then were able to come back the next day to finish the job (also shoutout to Cassandra at the office, who was great at getting everything booked). It was a huge job.
Professional , Punctual , Fast ! My mom had to move about an hour and a half away and these guys did an amazing job helping her move ! They took their time loading the truck properly , were careful with her stuff and made sure my mom was happy ! The one gentlemen waited and helped my mom down the stairs ! They will make sure you are taken care of . I would recommend them to anyone and use their services .
Mr. McNair and his family owned business have exceeded expectations in the industry bringing great customer service as well as proficiency and safe moving techniques to the moving industry. I would recommend you choose them as your moving company for they check every box in my opinion and show complete professionalism to anyone interested in there services.
