The rating breakdown
Google shows 19 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.

In their own words
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others know what to expect. There were a few positive aspects of my move. Kyle and Nate were professional, worked hard, and did a great job handling my belongings. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell well below the expectations that were set before my move. I was told the crew would arrive on time, be in uniform, and present themselves professionally.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with great care and respect. The movers were friendly, courteous, and made the entire moving process much less stressful than I expected. I highly recommend this moving company! From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and made the entire moving process much easier than I expected. They were punctual, handled my belongings with care, worked efficiently, and communicated well throughout the process. Moving can be stressful, so having a team you can trust makes a huge difference. If you’re comparing multiple moving companies, I would definitely put this one at the top of your list. Great service and well worth it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I would just like to shout out Melroy moving company. I was in a bind cause I just got a new sectional couch , it was the floor sample. And come to find out they don’t deliver floor furniture.🫤 I was a danzel in distress trying to figure out how I was getting my new couch home😩 after trying several companies. I ended up meeting this nice lady in the store. She told me her nephew have a moving company.
I had a great experience with Melroy Movers from start to finish. The team was punctual, professional, and handled my belongings with care. They made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and organized. Communication was clear throughout, and they worked efficiently while still being mindful of every item. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy movers.
